Founded in 1984, Poquito Mas Baja Taco Stand restaurants have
become a staple of California cuisine – catering to a legion
of followers and Hollywood celebrities. With 11 locations throughout
the Los Angeles area, the restaurant chain consumes large quantities
of hot water for both food preparation, cleaning and general
usage. In an effort to better meet demand, streamline costs and
free up valuable kitchen space, Poquito Mas turned to Bosch
